No events to show.  This is normal if the group holds regular meetings.

Members generally travel by public transport to the starting point (using travel passes) and the walks finish at an eating/drinking venue near a bus stop or a railway station. The walks are on mixed terrain but nothing too challenging and are between three to five miles in length, with an average pace of 2.5 miles per hour. This is not a hardy group: heavy rain, extreme wind, and lots of mud are avoided. Anyone who comes needs to be confident that they can manage the walk as the leaders cannot take responsibility. Proposed walks are risk assessed but the leaders do not have the expertise to do so for anyone with particular needs so each member must make a judgement on the suitability and accessibility of any proposed walk and make provision for dealing with any problems encountered with the terrain.

Numbers are limited to approximately 20 walkers (plus the organisers) for each outing. An email is sent to all group members about 10 days before each walk asking them to indicate whether or not they will be joining the next walk and a 'first come, first served' policy is in operation.
