Our walks are usually from 6 - 9 miles, and we use public transport to get to them.  Walks take place on each alternate Saturday and each alternate Wednesday.  We usually start off the walking day at a suitable refreshment place, so we can have coffee/tea etc and use the toilets.  We always take a packed lunch and wear appropriate walking gear for all weathers.  We have different leaders for our walks, and we do hope that any people who join us, when they feel able, will take a turn at leading a walk.  We walk in Southport, Formby, Crosby, Liverpool, Wirral, and as far as Preston and St Helens.
