 We are a very friendly group

We meet weekly at Emmanuel Church Hall on Cambridge Road. Friday 11.30-12.30. Only £5 per session

We have completed 24 Form but still practising it every week and currently learning Tai Chi for Energy. 

We have a fabulous tutor who is very patient & friendly 

We will be continuing Tai Chi for Energy which is a short form - we welcome experienced & beginners to our group - not sure come along and give it a try
