The Table Tennis group 6 is full.  Please contact the group leader before joining.

We play on Thursday  from 13.30 to 15.30.  The cost is £4 per person per visit. You are expected to provide your playing equipment. But  I can lend  you a TT bat if yours  is unavailable. It's always best if you have your own.

We meet at the Argyle Lawn Tennis Club, Argyle Road, Southport. There's car park by the entrance.

There are 2 tables available. Both  singles and doubles are played. Games are played to old rules  i.e. each person will serve 5 serves  and first to reach 21 will be the winner..

Members all played to a good friendly standard. there are help for bevginners. There is a break  at around 2.30 for  a friendly chat and we are a friendly group. We encourage gossips (good nature only)

You are expected to assist with the session operation such as setting up and knock down of table tennis table, security of the building, Move tables/chairs etc. Tidying up in general.

Although we have no vacancy at the moment  but some members are not available from April to Sept  so we allow new player to join on a temporary has during this period.
