Throughout the year, we try to arrange a wide variety of tours, talks and trips of local interest usually by public transport, with occasional coach travel - all in good company who will also give you a warm and friendly welcome. In the summer, we usually hold a summer picnic for our members in the setting of one of our lovely, historic Southport parks.
We regularly email members of the group with news of our upcoming events, which can be booked on our Local History Group 1 page on the Southport U3A website, once you have logged in. Payment for our trips is encouraged to be made online but can be made at the monthly U3A meetings.
