We provide a range of interesting coach trips on a monthly basis during the year mainly on a 57-seater coach. We set out our programme of destinations at the beginning of each year and bookings for each day trip are usually advertised approximately 4 - 6 weeks in advance. 

If a member is new to the group and/or travelling on their own, then contact the group leaders and we will endeavour to ensure you are introduced to another member travelling on their own so you will feel part of the group as a whole. 

We have established a coach trip group on Simple Membership and should a member wish to join the group then contact the group leaders who will arrange to include you on the group. If you have registered an email address, you will then receive regular emails on details of outings etc. If you do not have an email address, then we will send you a text if you have registered a mobile phone number. 

All bookings are to be made on Simple Membership and each member is responsible for ensuring payment is made by the deadline set otherwise we cannot guarantee to keep your place especially if there is a waiting list. Should a coach trip become full then Simple Membership will record all individual members who are on the waiting list in order in which they joined the waiting list.

Every effort is made to resell tickets should someone cancel a booking. A refund can only be given should a ticket be re-sold. Please note that all trips include a tip for the driver and any appropriate parking fees.

On very rare occasions it may be necessary to change a destination at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances. Passenger safety is paramount, and we will not travel to locations when there is clear advice not to travel in certain areas. Every effort will be made to complete an itinerary.

Finally, we will operate within any Government advice or notice at that time, to ensure the safety of all our passengers.
