Designed specifically for health & well-being - everyone can practice Yoga regardless of age. Yoga has Health Benefits such as reducing anxiety and depression, it emphasises breathing practice & mediation. By practicing Yoga your brain cells develop new connections, leading to improved cognitive skill such as learning & memory. Research shows that breathing techniques can ward off disease by making people less susceptible to virus by lowering blood pressure & cholesterol levels. Deep breathing alone will result in a significant well being.
Please bring with you a small exercise mat or towel for floor work and a fleece or cardigan for post work relaxation
